Urs Huwyler (the) Owner (of Proof of he Pudding and
Euro Chocolate Fountain), has been pleasing customers
with custom wedding cakes, fine pastries, cakes, tortes,
cheesecakes and brownies since he was 16.

Chef Urs, born in Switzerland, was trained in Europe
under several master chefs in some of the finest
hotels in Europe and the Bermudas.

He opened Proof of the Pudding and Euro Chocolate
Fountain 12 years ago and instills an old family
tradition of classical European style baking in each
of his recipes.
